Students should register their names
by submitting Students' Data Sheet
as per the prescribed format given
by Training and Placement
Department. Only those students who
have registered are eligible to
participate in the placement
activities. |

Campus
placement is a facility provided for
the students. Registration is not
compulsory. Students not interested
in placement are advised not to
register for placement. Those who
have family business or planning to
be entrepreneur should also inform
the department so that T&P
department can plan various
activities for their development
too. |

|
|
Students will be allowed to have a
Two job offer only. However, already
placed Students may also be allowed
to appear only if none of attended
students get selected. |
|
|
|
Backlogs: Students having backlog of
4 or more courses are not permitted
to register for placement. Such
students are advised to clear the
backlogs and then register after the
July-November end semester
examinations. However, extended
students can register in case of
non-completion of course/project
requirements in their last two
semesters. |
|
|
|
The
eligibility criteria imposed by the
visiting company will be the final. |
|
|
|
The
eligible / registered students must
attend all the training programmes /
workshops arranged by department |
|
|
|
Training & placement coordinator is
the single point of contact for the
concerned department students. For
all kinds of clarifications &
communications (such as registration
for placement assistance, updating
the database, etc.,) should be
executed through the concerned
placement coordinator and concerned
person. |
|
|
|
During
induction, most of the companies
insist on Passport and PAN card. So,
the students are expected to apply
for the same at the earliest. |
|
|
|
Students may have to manage with
their own transport arrangements to
return homeland inform their parents
well in advance, if the proceedings
on the date of interview continue
till the late evening. |
|
|
|
Based
on the directions given by the
companies, students may be sent to
attend pooled campus placement
drives in other colleges. Students
should inform their parents about
the placement process, venue, and
timings in advance along with
institute Director. |

|
|
Students attending campus interviews
should adhere to the following
instructions, |

Report at the venue of
pre-placement talk and interview
as per the instructions.

Students should carry minimum 3
copies of their resume,
photocopies of all original
certificates, 2 pass port size
photographs and ID and address
proof documents.

student in casual dress will not
be allowed for the recruitment
Process.

TPO aims to provide placement
assistance for all final year
students. Placement is a privilege
extended to the students but can't
be claimed as a matter of right. |

B. RESUME |
|
|
|
Students are expected to follow the
institute resume template available
in the placement website / Training
and Placement Coordinators for
preparing the resumes
The details given in the resume have
to be genuine and any student found
violating this rule will be
disallowed from the placement for
the rest of the academic year. |

C.
PRE-PLACEMENT TALKS (PPT) |
|
|
|
Students should be seated in the
venue 15 minutes before the
scheduled start of the PPT. |
|
|
|
Students interested in a particular
company, can attend its PPT. |
|
|
|
Any clarification regarding salary
break-up, job profile, place of
work, bond details, date of joining
etc. must be sought from the
companies during PPT or interview.
TPO will always be on student’s
side. |
|
|
|
DRESS CODE: Students must be
formally Dressed/Uniform whenever
they participate in any interaction
with a company.
**This office reserves the right to
refuse permission to a student to
attend the selection process/PPT, if
they do not dress up formally.
Students are expected to know the
norms for formal wear; for the
benefit of those who claim
ignorance, please note that the

19. ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY: |

|
1
- A student who applies and gets
shortlisted is bound to go through
the entire selection process unless
rejected midway by the company. Any
student who withdraws deliberately
in the middle of a selection process
will be disallowed from placement
for the rest of the academic year. |
|
|
|

- LATE COMERS FOR APTITUDE TEST / GD
/ INTERVIEW may not be allowed to
appear for the selection process. |

|
20. DISCIPLINE |
|
|
|
Students should maintain discipline
and show ethical behaviour in every
action they take during the
placement process. Any student found
violating the discipline rules set
by the company or defaming the
institute's name will be disallowed
from the placements for the rest of
the academic year |
|
|
|
Students found cheating or
misbehaving in the selection process
(Test / GD / Interview) will be
disallowed from the placements for
the rest of the academic year. |

|
E. JOB
OFFERS |
|
|
|
The printed copy of the offer
letter is required to submit in the
placement office. |
|
|
|
If a student is offered a second
job, he/she must give a letter of
regret to the company, which offered
the first job and a letter of
acceptance to the second. |
|
|
|
After accepting a job offer, if
any student decides to withdraw
his/her acceptance any time during
the year, he/she must inform the
company concerned through the TPO
immediately. |
|
|
|
Post Placement: If any reasons
Company will stop joining of
candidates so institute is not

and procedures for the placement

It aims to ensure fairness,
transparency, and integrity in the
selection and placement. This policy
applies to all students seeking
placements through the Centre for
Career Development at KYDSCT,S
Institute of Management & Science,
Sakegaon. |

Disciplinary
Policies and rules: |
|
|
|

The committee will be
responsible for coordinating the
placement activities at
Institute.
-
An
extended offer refers by a
company to a student who was not
initially selected during the
placement hiring process.
-
Students should be eligible as
per company specific
requirement.
-
Students need to compulsory go
through the evaluations
conducted to assess students'
skills and capabilities in
various domains, such as coding,
technical knowledge, analytical
thinking, or problem-solving.
These evaluations include coding
rounds, technical interviews,
analytical rounds, Hackathon, or
other competitive formats. May
be online or offline without any
excuses students need to
participate.

Students must attend the
presentations/tests of the
companies they apply for. In the
case of absenteeism due to valid
reasons, the student must submit
a leave form stating the reason
signed by the appropriate
authority. As stated earlier,
failing to do so may incur a
fine on the student and a
reduction in application.
Repeated violations may also
result in debarring from the
whole season.

Students caught indulging in
fraudulent actions, vulgarity,
or malpractice shall be debarred
from the entire process. Serious
disciplinary actions by
appropriate authorities will be
taken against such students.

Declining offers secured through
the KYDSCT,S Institute of
Management & Science, Sakegaon
are not allowed. If a student
does not join the company
without having a genuine reason
and the company informs to
institute will take appropriate
action against the student.
-
Posting grievances on social
media platforms without
resolving the issue with
institute first shall not be
entertained. Any post that may
slander the institution or an
individual on the campus shall
be strictly dealt with as per
the legal defamation policy of
the institute.
-
Any form of misbehavior or
disrespect towards student
placement coordinators or
volunteers will result in
immediate and stringent
disciplinary actions.
-
Those who will clear the
interview rounds and got final
offer need to join organization.
-
After selection in one
organization students are not
eligible to attend another
campus drive.
-
Students need to join company as
per given time slot.
-
Students can apply or register
for on campus and off campus
until he or she get placed.
-
Students need to compulsory
participate in all Training and
Placement activities.
-
Students need to submit their
consent form to abide the rules
and regulation of T&P cell.
